- The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Grants and Training (G&T), Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP), located in Anniston, Alabama has a requirement for the contractor to provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to supply and install an Emergency Backup Power Generating System for three (3) buildings in the Responder Lodging Area. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210. The small business size standard is $13M annual receipts for the past 3 years. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business. The magnitude of this requirement is estimated between the $250,000 and $500,000 price range. The estimated date for posting the solicitation to FedBizOps is December 1, 2006.
