- Description
- The USDA, ITS Contracting Team intends to award a commercial item order under other than full and open competition to ALG Software, 3060 Peachtre Road, Suite 2000, Atlanta, Georgia 30305 for the purpose of revising software owned by USDA. ALG is the license owner for this software. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies of services will satisfy agency requirements.This is a commercial service which will be acquired under FAR Part 12 procedures. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action, based upon any response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Proven capable sources should provide their information to the Contracting Officer.
