- PR No:RD06227001; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a "COLLAR AND GEAR ASSEMBLY" for the F-4 Aircraft. Air Force Critical Supply Item. Item identified by HTD Aerospace part number 220208-3. This solicitation will be solicited for an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and provisions for one-year options. The following quantities apply to the base and each option year: annual estimated quantity is 48 each; the maximum annual quantity is 96 each and the minimum/maximum quantity per delivery order is 12/48 each. There is a guaranteed quantity for the base year only of 12 each. Delivery objective is 280 days after receipt of order. Terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Solicitation is issued "Unrestricted" using Other Than FUll and Open Competition. Technical Data package (plans or drawings) are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. Evaluation will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is December 6, 2006 with an anticipated award date in February 2007. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
