- PR 0013623252, NSN 6135-01-435-4921, Battery, Nonrechargeable. This item is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This procurement utilizes Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA) procedures. This item is not commercial. The solicitation quantity is 98,556 each. The requested terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, delivery 93 days ARO. Phased delivery is acceptable and desired in order to support urgent requirements for this item. The stock delivery location is DDRV, Richmond, VA. The solicitation will be available on or about November 17, 2006, and will close on or about November 30, 2006.
