- PLEASE NOTE THE QUANTITY INCREASE BELOW, FROM 2649 EA. TO 3819 EA. ALL OTHER TREMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. ******************************************************* SPM4A7-07-R-0244. This is a solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price Contract for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 4010-01-530-2813, Wire Rope Assy IAW Aerospace Filtration Systems, Cage 0GCA0, P/N 107204-101. The quantity for this solicitation is 3819 each. This item is not on the service's Critical Safety Item list as of 11/7/2006. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Required delivery is 170 days ARO or best possible, FOB Destination. Destination Inspection is required. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Anticipated issue date is December 21, 2006. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors.
