Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO COMPETE AN EXPIRING LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE IN SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA REQUIREMENT: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) currently occupies office space under a soon to expire lease. The IRS is conducting a competition for a replacement lease for this requirement. The space should yield approximately 38,100 BOMA USF of office space. Consideration for relocating this requirement will be taken upon analysis of the economics involved, including the cost of moving, tenant improvements, and impact on agency mission, among other items. LOCATION: The geographical area of consideration for this requirement is as follows: Bounded on the West by Interstate 215; on the North by W 6th Street; on the East by N Sierra Way; and the South by W Rialto Avenue. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 2, 2007. LEASE TERM: The lease term will be for up to 10 years.
