This is not a request for competitive proposals. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: North: Eastern Blvd West to Northern Ave to Route 11 North to Pennsylvania Ave. to Maugans; South: Route 70; East: Route 40/Dual Highway to N. Edgewood Drive East to Robinwood Drive to Jefferson Boulevard West to Eastern Blvd North; West: Route 81. LEASE TERM: Ten years, five years firm. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted by November 24, 2006 and include the following: Building name and address, 2. Available square feet and rate per square foot, 3. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable, 4. Owner?s name and address and written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
