- Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound, in support of U.S.S Kitty Hawk, Yokosuka Japan is soliciting for 7 double element expansion joints size 8-5/8 inch OD X 9 ft 9.5 inch length with backing ring size 8. Type: Flexoleed. Anticipated delivery date is 22 Dec 06. Place of delivery will be to the USS Kitty Hawk, Yokosuka Japan. The solicitation will be issued on or about 20 Nov 06 and closing on or about 28 Nov 06. The solicitation will be issued as 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. When issued, the RFQ will be electronically posted via the NECO website at www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ package and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax request for the RFQ will be accepted. This office will maintain no bidders list. No paper copies of the RFQ/Amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
