- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Range Craft Services. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition procedures utilizing best value evaluation of offers. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for proposal is N00253-07-T-0027. This procurement will be solicited and awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract with Option Quantities. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or around 16 Nov. 2006. The closing date of the solicitation is anticipated to be 27 Nov. 2006. When issued, the RFP will be posted electronically via NECO. RFQ (solicitation package)will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil and Federal Business Opportunities http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ and is available for download. Offer ors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from these websites and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to BurrisM@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO or Federal Business Opportunities website. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all represen tations and certifications found in the solicitation, (3) manufacturer information of proposed items and (4) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov/).
