- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Human Resources Office at Patuxent River Maryland has a requirement to provide commercial art and graphic design. This is a high initiative to provide the full range of civilian personnel service to the managers and employees of the Naval Air Systems Command, the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and tenant activities. The requirement will be negotiated as a sole source with Mantech Systems Engineering Corporation, Fairfax, Va. The contractor shall provide commercial art (custom and stock), graphic design, frame and matting of special DON & DOD award certificates. The contractor will also be required to update, rewrite and/or edit material and products. The types of service may include developing conceptual design and layouts, sketches, drawing, publication designs, and artwork including electronic artwork. A breakdown of each matting and framing item is: 100 each size 14x18; 100 each size 11x14; 40 each 11x14 and 5 each size 16x20. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be issued with the anticipated period of performance of date of award to 28 September 2007. For questions or concerns please contact Hazel Barnes at 301-757-8942.
