- AIRCRAFT EXTERIOR: Strip, prepare, and paint. AIRCRAFT INTERIOR: Remove plastic trim from bottom of the seats, doors, door posts, and front window. Prepare and paint surfaces where trim was removed. Recoverseven seat places with vinyl material. TARGET DATES for completing both the exterior painting and interior refurbishing work are 12/11/06 to 1/8/07. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
