- W81GNN6318N063 Intent to Sole Source This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued. T his notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to: Transformational Security, LLC for the procurement of Acous tics for Technical Investigators and Superman Hardware Training Course. Transformational Security is deemed the sole the owner of all proprietary data associated with the design and manufacture of the Superman Hardware. INTENTION: Award the above-state d requirement directly to Transformational Security. The supplies/services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1). Interested sources may identify their interest and capabil ity to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. DURATION: The reference training is scheduled to be conducted 27 Nov 06 to 1 December 06. All quotations received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the G overnment. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose o f determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
