- Description
- The Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers requires maintenance hydraulic dredging of approximately 70,000 cubic yards of sediment from the downstream settling basin on the Snohomish River, Everett, WA. The downstream settling basin is located between the Jetty Island dock and Everett marina. All dredged material shall be deposited onto Jetty Island to renourish the beach and bury Scotch Broom plants. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $ 31 million. For the purposes of this procurement, a firm is a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does n ot exceed $31 million. Large businesses with bids in excess of $1 million must include a subcontracting plan with goals for small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small veteran-owned concerns.
