- CONSOLIDATED SECURITY FENCE, SAM RAYBURN RESERVOIR, TEXAS W9126G-07-b-0001 Point of Contact: Andrea Wells, Contract Specialist, (817) 886-1061. Provide new chain-link fencing and modifications to the existing chain-link fencing located at or near the electrical generating powerhouse at Sam Rayburn Reservoir, Texas, in accordance with the following specifications and attached drawings. The Contrac tor shall furnish all supplies and materials as required by individual specifications. Complete the entire work ready for use not later than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after commencement of construction. The Davis-Bacon Act wage determination is applicable. Estimated Construction Range: Between $250,000 to $500,000. Solicitation will issue on 06 December 2006. Bids will be due 3 January 2007 by 2:00 PM, central time. Duration of project one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. The North American Industria l Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 238990. Small Business Size Standard is $13,000,000.00. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. Offers from large business firms must comply with FAR Clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The Fort Worth District subcontracting goals are for specified percentages of the contractors total planned subcontracting amount to be placed with the following: Small Business 43%; Small Disadv antages Business, 16.5%; Women-Owned Small Business, 5.7%; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, 1.5%; and HUBZone Small Business, 8.0%. The plans and specifications will be issued on the Internet only. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through the Internet. The Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
