Description

The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for: PARACHUTE, PERSONNEL, T-10D. NSN: 1670-01-484-2234, PART# 11-1-564-4, for a quantity of 5,000 each. The Government anticipates that this will result in two Firm Fixed Price Qualified Parts List (QPL) contracts with total production of 2,500 each. The North American Industry Classification System, NACIS is: 314999. The Request for Proposal and other attachments, drawings technical data packages will be posted on the Natick Contracting Division web site at: https://www3.natick.army.mil ON OR ABOUT: November 20, 2006. The closing time and date for this Request for Prop osal is expected to be 30 days after release of the RFP. Firms will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with proposal preparation. Newly manufactured units only. QPL-6645 provides multiple pre-qualified sources for a competitive buy. Companies desiring to bid on contracts for this item can contact the Natick Soldier Center to submit a prototype parachute for qualification testing for QPL-6645 listing.
