- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. We have a requirement for radioactive waste decommissioning equipped to handle the Cobalt 60 curie strengths. The applicable NAICS code is 562211.Pa yments will be made by the Government Visa Purchase Card credit card. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Award will be made to the technically lowest priced proposal.
