- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. A written solicitation will be issued. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price type contract for services to Locate Underground Utilities at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airbase, Georgia. The proposed contract shall commence 1 January 2007 through 30 September 2007 with options to extend the term of the co ntract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. This action is 100% set aside for small businesses.
