Description

This is a Sources Sought for Synopsis of Landscaping Services at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas. Required serivces are commercial, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall appl y to this acquisition. Services include, but are not limited to: landscaping, weed control, maintanance, trimming of shrubs and trees, pest control, fertilization, (may use herbicides as long as herbicides are approved by the State of Texas and the Environmental Office on the NAS JRB), grounds restoration (to include plants and trees), and providing emergency and special event services. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary to perform a comprehensive landscaping service at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Texas. This will be a performance-based contract. Period of performance will be a base year and four (4) one year option year periods. This is a Total (100%) Small Business Set-Aside. . The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 561730. The small business size standard is $6 million. The solicitation synopsis will be issued on or about 20 NOV 06.
