- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for Correction of Life Safety Code Deficiencies at the VA Medical Center, Providence, Rhode Island, Project Number 650-06-329. This project corrects fire protection/life safety deficiencies throughout the campus. Work includes general construction, alterations, architectural, mechanical and electrical work. This construction cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable NAICS code is 238990 and the size standard is $13 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will include price related factors as well as technical factors to be determined. The solicitation package will be available on or about November 29,2006. The date for receipt of offers is scheduled for December 29, 2006 at 11:00 am. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
