- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Tucson, Arizona intends to solicitation RFQ61503-001-07 for the requirements of quarterly subsistence. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates begin December 01, 2006 - December 15, 2006, with exact dates shown in solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 9300 S. Wilmot Rd., Tucson, AZ 85706. The contract is a firm fixed price. The government reserves the right upon award to make formal or single awards. The government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be most advantageous to the government with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 16, 2006, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is November 21, 2006. Payment will be made by third party payment or eft depending on total cost after complete receipt of deliveries. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-Line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
