- Description: 6130-01-207-0153, POWER SUPPLY SIGNAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION. P/N 70848-01 -CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 31 each plus a 100 percent option. Two locations - 15 to New Cumberland PA and 16 to Tracy CA. FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at destination, sampling for inspection & testing shall be IAQ ANSI/ASQ Z1,4-2003, any defective item discovered after shipment may be cause for rejection of the entire contract quantity. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 6130-01-207-0153, 225-day delivery. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation.
