- This information is for solicitation SPM1C1-07-R-0118. The item description is SWEATER, MC W/ EPAULETS. The applicable lead NSN for this procurement is 8405-01-496-9808. The military specification is AA-55239A, 1 NOV 96. The purchase quantity is MIN: 17,010 and MAX: 47,880 each for the Base Year and each of the 4 (365 day) Option Years. Delivery will be to Lion Vallen (SEQ). The production leadtime is 90 days (30 days after initial delivery). FOB Destination pricing applies. This solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside that will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. This is a Best Value solicitation using the Evaluation Factors of PDM (Product Demonstration Model) and Past Performance/Experience. All materials used to fabricate this item are to be furnished by the contractor. The following notes apply: 1, 9, 12 and 23. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
