- Service contract for pumping, containerization, transportation and disposal of bulk liquids for various Naval activities in the San Diego, CA area. The contract is a Hubzone Set-Aside, firm-fixed price indefinite quanties contract for a period of eighteen (18) months and two 18 month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written task orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, State and Local laws, ordinances and regulations governing disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection.
