- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease Laboratory and Office Space consisting of approximately 5,700 rentable square feet within the city limits of Bozeman, MT. The space should yield approximately 4,950 BOMA usable square feet. Reserved, on-site parking is required for three (3) vehicles. In addition, eight (8) visitor/employee parking spaces are required. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 25, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Approximately half of the space will be comprised of laboratory space; the balance will be office space. The laboratory space shall have positive pressure, HEPA filtered air and adequate air exchange for continual occupancy without ?air blasts? of standard office HVAC systems.
