Description

The work consists of constructing and installing nine (9) new boarding floats at the North Spit Boat Ramp facility, constructing and replacing existing steel hinge assemblies on the four (4) boarding floats and abutment at the East Shore Camp Ground with stainless steel hinge assemblies, and constructing and replacing existing steel hinge assemblies on the three (3) ramp boarding floats and seven (7) fishing dock floats at the Loon Lake Camp Ground with stainless steel hinge assemblies. The project sites are located in Coos and Douglas Counties, Coos Bay District, Oregon. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 237990. Estimated start work is January 8, 2007 and performance time is 120 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
