- ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Amfit Inc., 5408 NE 88th Street D-406, Vancouver, WA 986665, for Insole Blanks specifically designed to use on the Amfit Custom Sole Fabrication System, Model Number 4311, in support of MEDDAC, Ireland Army Community Hospital (IACH), Fort Knox, KY. The contract is for various sizes and types of insole blanks. Proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit only one sou rce.
