- The Directorate of Contracting (DOC), 1676 Evans Street, Fort Carson, Colorado 80913-5198, intends to award a sole source fixed price Purchase Order, with a performance period of 13 Nov 06 through 17 Nov 06, using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, to Valhalla Shooting Club, LLC, 97 Elk Walk Montrose, Colorado 81401-7306, under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1. The purpose of this procurement is to provide specialized tra ining; which shall include, Low Profile Close Quarters Counter Ambush, Advanced Weapons Handling and Tactic, Combat FocusTM , Coordinated Team Tactics, and several Force-On-Force Simulations.
