- Charleston AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Dell Government Services and Asset Management for a Dell 8Tb Storage Area Network (SAN)extended 1 year warranty. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. North American Industrial Classification Standard, 811212, Size Standard, $23 million, applies to this procurement. The following clause applies to this solicitation: FAR 52.232-33 ? Payment by Electronic funds Transfer ? Central Contractor Registration. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov .
