- Description
- Contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations and furnish all labor and materials and perform the work for renovation of VA community based outpatient clinic located in Portsmouth, Ohio as required by the drawings and specifications. New work will include the construction of interior partitions, ceiling systems, interior finishes, HVAC equipment and associated ductwork, electrical and plumbing including fire sprinkler system. Work to be completed within180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.  Plans and specifications will be available on FedBizOps website o/a 11/24/06.     Hard copies will be available upon written request to the Contracting Officer and may be faxed to 740-772-7008.  Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.  This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business contractors.    NAICS 236220.
