Destination information: New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Delivery schedule: FAT in 45 days and production in 225 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See notes 9, 26 and 27. The solicitation will be available in Fed BizOpps on its issue date of 22 Nov 2006. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities.
