- Main Engine Cylinder Head Repair for USNS BIG HORN (T-AO 198). Services of a qualified diesel repair machine shop (authorized by OEM) are required for overhaul of PC4.2 cylinder heads. RFQ may be obtained by contacting Ms. Marie Tarnowski, marie.tarnowski@navy.mil or by accessing www.msc.navy.mil and searching under the above RFQ number. Offeror must maintain current registration in the Central Contractor Registry in order to receive award.
