The Gulf Region Division, GRC District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks a contractor to design and build 9 kilometers highway (Phase 1) of the new two-lane highway for the Baghdad area. The magnitude of constructions is between: $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. This competition will result in the award of one Firm-Fixed Price contract. This project is subject to availability of funds. See Baghdad By-Pass, Phase 1, Section A1 (Station 0+00 to Station 09+00) Road Design, submitted by Stanley, Baker , Hill, LLC and Nobel International, LLC dated August 2006 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
