- This modification is to extend the response date to 4 December 2006. This requirement is sole source to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE 78286). The Government does not own the technical data. Reference - Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is to obtain a three year (basic year and two annual options) firm fixed price contract for the Stabilator applicable to the HH-60G Helicopter. NSN: 1560-01-297-7636GA, P/N: 70200-27001-047, Noun: Stabilator. Basic year quantity is 1 EA, option quantities are 1-3 EA. Requested delivery is on or before September 2007. Only newly manufactured materials will be considered. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply.
