- Description
- General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 5,720 rentable square feet of office space, along with 6 covered and secured parking spaces, within the city limits of El Paso, Texas, for Bureau of Reclamation. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 4,600 BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 5,150 BOMA usable square feet. In addition to the 6 secured parking spaces, 15 surface space shall be available for the Government’s use. The lease will be for 10 years with the Government having the right to terminate on 60 days written notice after the 5th year of occupancy.
