Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Platts/McGraw-Hill, Inc. for the acquisition of electronic newsletter subscription services and to provide a wide area site license. Platts/McGraw-Hill, Inc. will provide the NRC with an electronic redistribution site license for the following newsletters: Inside Energy, Nucleonics Week, Inside NRC, Nuclear Fuel, Inside Energy Extra, Nuclear News Flashes. These periodicals are only published by Platts/McGraw-Hill, Inc. and are under copyright. The Period of Performance will be December 21, 2006 through December 20, 2007, with four (4) additional one (1) year option periods. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Platts/McGraw-Hill, Inc., 1221 Avenue of the America?s, New York, New York 10020, for a firm fixed priced contract for the publications referenced above. Interested respondents must submit a written capability statement containing technical information sufficient to demonstrate a bona fide capability, as well as, a copy of the license agreement with Platts/McGraw-Hill, Inc. granting the right to make copies and to distribute the above named copyrighted publications no later than 14 calendar days from date announcement appearing in Federal Business Opportunities. Telephonic responses and responses providing insufficient information for evaluation will not be considered.
