- 5TX0064 OFFICE SPACE WANTED BY U.S. GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration currently leases 7,992 BOMA rentable square feet of warehouse space at 200 Union Bower Court, Suite 224, Irving, TX. This lease is expiring. The General Services Administration (GSA) has interest in leasing approximately 7,992 BOMA rentable square feet of contiguous warehouse space, in Irving, Texas. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 6,950 BOMA usable square feet. GSA is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. GSA will consider the cost of moving, alterations and other appropriate considerations when deciding whether it should relocate. Lease Term: 5 years firm Occupancy is required on or about February 5, 2007 Area of consideration is Irving, Texas and must be within the following boundaries: Four mile radius from 10160 Technology Blvd. East, Dallas, TX The Government reserves the right to reject any building that does not meet agency requirements upon submission of the expression of interest due to the nature of the proposed tenant agency?s mission. No further notification will be required on the part of the Government. Buildings that contain asbestos or PCB materials will not be considered. A fully serviced and handicapped accessible building is required. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above 3. Rentable square feet offered and RSF rent rate 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 5. Common Area Factor(s) 6. RSF rate for ?as is? space and any standard TI?s offered. To offer a location to be considered, respond with the location/address by December 4, 2006 to the address below.
