- Please see attached SF30, Amendment 001 which corrects typographical error of due date as reads: 3 November 2006 to read: 7 November 2006 and adds alternate fax number of 816-823-3109. GSA, FSS intends to issue an immediate order and establish a not-to-exceed one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for the National Stock Number 5130-00-204-0623 (Sander, disc, pneumatic, portable (random orbital)) in the 5130 Federal Supply class. This NSN is part of GSA's Stock Program. All offers for this SPQ must be FOB destination. In addition to the normal clauses that apply to GSA stock tool orders, the following GSA clauses apply: D-FSS-475 Bar Coding, 552.246-70 source Inspection, D-FSS-468 Non-Manufactured Wood Package Material to European Union (Nov 2001) and 552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction Hand or Measuring Tools or Stainless Steel Flatware (which states the percentage of US-made components must exceed 75%) NOTE: There have been changes; read the entire package carefully for all requirements of what must be included in your offer.
