- On behalf of the Naval Air Depot, Jacksonville FL, the Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, Florida intends to award a time & materials contract for service of a Pilot and/or Electronic Countermeasures Officer (ECMO) for the EA-6B. The contractor shall provide flight crew services to augment military personnel in support of Depot Level Maintenance for EA-6B aircraft. Services shall include the application of knowledge and expertise in the fields of operations, flight crew services, avionics and weapons systems, subsystems and components, and safety. Support shall be provided to the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast Flight Operations Department. The acquisition will be conducted under NAICS code 541330. This is an unrestricted procurement. This is for a base period plus a one-year option. The solicitation resulting from this announcement will be electronically available on or about 10 Nov 06 to interested parties at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the website. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
