- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement with Raytheon Company, 6380 Hollister Avenue, Goleta CA 93117-3114 for a maximum ceiling amount of $83,700,000. The BOA covers a three-year period, with two one-year options. The contract was awarded on November 04, 2003. Option 1 will be exercised in November 2006. The BOA may be utilized for restoration of AN/SLQ-32(A)(V)(2) counter measure systems, related engineering services, end item components, subassemblies, shop repairable assemblies, (SRA?s), ship replaceable units, (SRU?s), upgrade of AN/SLQ-32(A)(V)(2) factory test equipment and related travel. Procurements under the BOA will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a one-year period. Individual job orders issued by NSWC Crane will specify required tasks and all applicable delivery terms and conditions. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Raytheon directly.
