- This modification is issued to correct the NAICS Code and to provide the Sources Sought reference. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to solicit a competitive requirement limited to Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Program participants only. The NAICs Code is 336611. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to award Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contracts to provide engineering and technical services to accomplish alterations and modifications to Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) and electronic equipment and systems for all types of DoD ships including aircraft carriers, surface ships, watercrafts, cutters and land based test sites.
