- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDTEDS WEBSITE (www.fedteds.gov). Solicitation will be issued on or about 7 November, 2006. Contractor shall furnish and deliver (in bulk) 4,000 gallons of Mobile DTE Heavy turbine oil (or approved e qual) to Little Goose Dam located in the vicinity of Dayton, WA 99328. The turbine oil viscosity grade shall be ISO 100. The Contractor shall test the oil, or sample blend, for all chemical and physical characteristics provided in the solicitation. Cont ractor shall submit test results, technical data sheets/MSDS along with their bid to the Contracting Officer. Additionally, the contractor will submit a two quart sample that will be sent to the address provided for Little Goose Dam within 7 days of the so licitation closing date (29 November 2006). Samples of proposed oil shall be supplied to the Government at no additional expense to the Government. The Government will test the samples for compatibility and will award based on lowest price technically ac ceptable. ADMIN INFO: Solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business contractors. For the purpose of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if it does not exceed 500 personnel. The North American Industry Classification System (N AICS) code is 325998.
