- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Research, Engineering and Development Command, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to add additional funding to Purchase Order W911QY-06-P-0565 with El Marco SRO, Liberec 9 Czech Republic. The additional funds are to cover training and travel in accordance with Government Travel Regulations for the Electrospinning Unit previously purchase under Order W911 QY-06-P-0565. EL Marco SRO is the sole manufacturer of this machine and is the only company able to provide training and services due warranty.
