- Lease of a horizontal baler for Environmental Compliance Branch, DPW, Fort Bragg, North Carolina for Base and two (2) one-year Options. Note: The base and option years will be determined based on the date of award. The contractor will be responsi ble for transporting the baler to include initial set up and breakdown, servicing and training personnel on the proper handling of the baler. The baler will meet the minimum specifications listed in table below: Charge Box Opening 42in X 60in Hopper Height 85in Main Motor 40 HPTEFC Main Pump 60 GPM System Pressure 3500 PSI Compression Cylinder 8in bore Force 88 tons Ram Face Pressure 150 PSI Ejection Cylinder 7in bore Force 67 tons Ram Face Pressure 84 PSI Bale Size 31in X 46in X 61in This acquisition is for lease only. It does not include actual baling of recycled items. The proposed acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 532490 (other commercial and industrial machinery and equipment rental and leasing) and business size standard is $6 million. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price. All contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) as a condition of award. As a conditio n of receipt of this contract, the Contractor agrees to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application, called Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). This application allows DoD vendors to submit and track invoices and Re ceipt/Acceptance documents electronically. The web-site for registration is http://rmb.ogden.disa.mil.
