- SPARES: This will be a firm fixed price contract for the following item applicable to the UH-1N helicopter, NSN: 1680-01-058-3671GA, Noun: Hoist, High Performance Rescue, Goodrich Corp P/N: 42305R1. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 5 ea and an Option I quantity of 1-2 ea. The proposed contract action is sole source to Goodrich Corporation, Cage Code: 3HRL4. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not own the technical data. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov.
