- Sole source. Luke Air Force Base intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Carleton Technologies, 10 Cobham Drive, Orchard Park, New York 14127-4195, for the purchase of an Airox Oxygen Test Set for the use at Luke Air Force Base Arizona. The contract will be for the following item: Item 0001, Quantity 1, Airox Test Set, P/N 8820061-1; the test set must be able to test and calibrate American Safety Flight and Carleton equipment. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their request and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide this product, then you must respond by 16 November 2006. The response must clearly demonstrate that your firm possesses the experience and capability to provide the required equipment and provide historical experience. There are no substitutes for meeting this requirement and all specifications must be met. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed item.
