- The Lebanon VA Medical Center is conducting a best value source selection, tradeoff process, for cardiology services; two four-hour clinics per week plus inpatient rounds, 2 hours per day, 365 days per year. Period of performance is one year with two one year option periods. The contract will be firm fixed price for non-personal healthcare services. The following provisions and clauses plus addendums apply: 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors, 52.212-2 Evaluation, 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions and 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders. The solicitation will be posted o/a 7 November, 2006 at the following website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa All amendments and other documents shall be downloaded from this site.
