- SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FOR DTFAWA-07-R-00097, ABA FINANCIAL SERVICES SUPPORT The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Office of the Assistant Administrator for Financial Services/Chief Financial Officer (ABA) requires the services of a contractor to provide ABA Financial Services Support for its financial management responsibilities with a primary focus on managing the DELPHI, PRISM and supporting systems environment. The FAA anticipates the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed price hourly rates. The period of performance will be one base year plus six one year options, for a total of seven years. All questions and/or comments regarding this solicitation will be directed to Patricia M. Ramsey, Contracting Officer with a copy to Lisa Floyd, Contract Specialist no later than 2 p.m. on November 13, 2006, in order to receive timely FAA responses. The offeror's submission in response to the Screening Information Request/Request for Proposal is due no later than Friday, December 1, 2006, 12 P.M, Eastern Standard Time via mail or hand delivery.
