DWG 114L2423 Rev J DTD 9/29/06, & AMCOM CAGE 81996, Procurment PKG 114L2423 Rev D DTD 09/29/06 & SS114L2423 REV Basic DTD 05/11/01. An Export Control TDP is available at DSCR for this NSN, numbered note #8. Certified requesters should submit request to https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil To request Export Control Certification request DD form 2345, Military Critical technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, www.dlis.dla.mil This is a critical application item. This is being procured as 100% Small Business Set aside, numbered note #1 applies. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This solicitation is a Formal Acqusition for a quantity of 256 EA with option for up to 100% increased quantity. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance origin. Requested delivery is 369 DARO or less. A contractor First Article Test is required within 90 days. The delivery location is New Cumberland, PA. The solicitation will be available for issue on or about 11/22/06 and close on or about 12/22/06. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solcitation.
