- This announcement is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY. USAID's Office of Transition Initiatives is soliciting comments to guage the level of interest and capabilities of partners in developing and implementing programs in countries or regions in transition. These programs would fall into two distinct scopes: 1.) Government and political transition strategic communications; and 2.) Media development. Please see attached RFI document for additional information.
