- The purpose of this modification is answer questions from potential vendors QUESTION NUMBER 1: answer number 5 states that the propylene glycol is 94-96% by weight with a proprietary additive, yet question/answer #8 states that no additive package is required ANSWER NUMBER 1: no rust inhibitors. Straight glycol QUESTION NUMBER 2: Is clear/water white acceptable? ANSWER NUMBER 2: clear is acceptable QUESTION NUMBER 3: What is the delivery time for the product once the quote is awarded? ANSWER NUMBER 3: Delivery is 7 to 10 days after award NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-NOV-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
